Food Diary #1

Breakfast
 Scramled eggs with tomato sauce, cottage cheese & tiger bread.

Lunch
Chicken ciabatta roll with chicken & feta cheese salad.

Dinner
Sweet potato & tuna burger with feta cheese, and sweet potato fries.

Snacks
I blended a banana with a bit of milk to make ice cream... it was sooo nice! I also had malteasers but I didn't take a photo of them oops.
