200g berry granola
4 pitted dates
35g dried apricots
2 small bananas
20g pine nuts
60ml skimmed milk
5 squares dark chocolate
1. Blend bananas, dates and apricots (leave some chunks).
2. Combine with dry ingredients and mix in the milk.
3. Bake in the oven on a medium heat until golden brown.
